Can I redeem the voucher for any treatment?
Yes. The value can be put towards all of our treatments: Signature Facials, Hydrafacial, microneedling, laser or body treatments. Products and add-ons included.
How is the voucher delivered?
Straight after the purchase, by email as a PDF, with a card you can personalise. You can print the card or send it as an image. If you prefer something tactile, you can collect the voucher in a gift box at the studio.
Can the voucher be redeemed in parts?
Yes. If the treatment costs less than the voucher value, the remaining balance stays on the voucher and can be redeemed on your next visit.
Is the voucher transferable?
Yes, the voucher is not tied to a person. Whoever receives it can pass it on or redeem it themselves.
What if I want to give a different amount?
