Even without an appointment. Referrals bring the most. Social actions take you two seconds and earn points. Example: a €100 facial → Essential 100 pts · Elevate 110 pts · Luminous 120 pts.

Questions
Explained briefly.
How do I join?
Download the AFACIAL app and collect points from your next visit, or straight away through actions in the app (for example following us on Instagram, tagging us, commenting).
Do my points expire?
Points stay active as long as you have at least one appointment within 12 months. After that your balance expires gently.
How does Platinum work?
Platinum is an annual membership with a one-off payment of €200. For 12 months you get special prices on treatments, add-ons and skincare at every visit.
How do I cancel Platinum?
Any time by WhatsApp or in the studio. The current year runs out as normal, after that you hand the membership back.
Where do I see my status?
In the AFACIAL app (iOS/Android), or you simply ask in the studio. We see the same profile.
What is the difference between the tiers and Platinum?
The tiers are free and based on XP, which means activity. Platinum is a paid membership with fixed discounts on top.
Can I give my points away?
Not directly, but referrals earn points for you and for your friend. Write to us and we will explain how.
